We collect the information needed to operate accounts, profiles, teams, reservations, memberships, events, payments, messaging, and support. The categories below describe the types of data our apps and website may collect.
- +Contact info — your name, email address, and phone number, and (for billing or facility records) a physical or mailing address
- +User content — profile and team photos you upload, messages and attachments you send through in-app messaging, and information you provide in support requests
- +Identifiers — your account or user ID, and a device push-notification token used to deliver notifications to your device
- +Financial info — booking, membership, and purchase records. Card payments are processed by our payment provider (Stripe); full card numbers are handled by the provider and are not stored by us
- +Location — approximate (coarse) location, only if you enable location-based features and grant permission; you can decline or revoke this at any time in your device settings
- +Usage data — product-interaction data such as screens viewed, taps, and feature usage, used to operate and improve the app
- +Diagnostics — crash logs and performance data used to keep the app reliable

We do not use your data for third-party advertising, and we do not link it with third-party data to track you across other companies’ apps and websites. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with data brokers.

We use trusted service providers to run core operations — for example cloud hosting, payment processing (Stripe), push-notification delivery, analytics, and customer support.
We share information only as needed to provide the service, process payments you authorize, comply with law, protect users, or follow the instructions of the facility or organization that manages your account.
We access your camera or photo library only when you choose to add or upload a photo. Messages and attachments you send through in-app messaging are stored so we can deliver them to their recipients and show your conversation history.
Location features are optional. If you grant permission, we may use your approximate location to support location-based features such as finding nearby facilities. You can decline location access, or turn it off later in your device settings, without losing access to the rest of the app.

We retain information for operational, contractual, payment, audit, legal, and safety needs, then delete or de-identify it when no longer required.
We apply administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, and encrypt data in transit using standard HTTPS, to protect account data and operational records.
Some deployments use guardian, family, or youth-participant workflows managed by the facility or organization. Those organizations are responsible for using the flows in line with their legal and organizational obligations.
